7. Approval of City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/Calexico Financing Authority Minutes for Meeting of October 15, 2014, May 31, 2016 and June 8, 2016.

10. Approval of SER Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) Agreement.

11. Approval of the following Resolutions Relating to the November 8, 2016 General Municipal Election for the City of Calexico:
a) Adopt Resolution Calling for a General Municipal Election to be held on November 8, 2016.

b) Adopt Resolution requesting the Board of Supervisors for the County of Imperial to consolidate the November 8, 2016 General Municipal Election with other State and County elections taking place that day.

c) Adopt Resolution adopting regulations for candidate statements submitted to the voters for the November 8, 2016 General Municipal Election.

12. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico Establishing the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2016-17 Pursuant To Article XIIIB of the California Constitution.

13. Biennial Review of Conflict of Interest Code.
a) Adopt of Resolution A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico, California, Requiring City Staff to Review the Conflict of Interest Code and Submit the 2016 Biennial Notice as Required Under the Political Reform Act.

14. Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico, in its Capacity as Legislative Body to the City of Calexico Community Facilities District No. 2003-1 (Bravo-Rodiles) Authorizing the Levy of Special Taxes Within Such District for Fiscal Year 2016-17.

15. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico Approving the City's Investment Policy Including Certain Revisions Thereto.
