A “Closed” Session of the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/ Calexico Financing Authority may be held in accordance with state law which may include, but is not limited to, the following types of items: personnel matters, labor negotiations, security matters, providing instructions to real property negotiators and conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation. The Closed Session will be held in the City Hall Conference Room located at 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico, California. Any public comment on Closed Session items will be taken before the Closed Session. Any required announcements or discussion of Closed Session items or actions following the Closed Session will be made in the City Council Chambers, 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico, California.

10. Approval of Pre-Qualified Applicants for the 2018 Sale of Safe and Sane Fireworks.

11. Reject All Bids Received for Purchase of One (1) 48 Ft. Bucket Truck for Public Works Department.

12. Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Sign the Enclosed Lease Agreement with United 
Families, Inc.

13. Approve Debt Management Policy.

14. Authorize City Manager to Sign Change Order No. 1 with A&R Construction in the amount of

15. Award the Bid Proposal from Granite Construction in the amount of $5,957,460.00 (base bid) + $201,875.00 (additive bid) for Cesar Chavez Blvd. Improvements Federal Project No. HPLUL-5168(017) and Authorize City Manager to Sign an Agreement between the City of Calexico and Granite Construction for Cesar Chavez Blvd. Improvements Federal Project No. HPLUL-5168(017).

16. Adopt a Resolution of the City of Calexico Approving a Pledge Agreement (between the City of Calexico and the Imperial County Local Transportation Authority which commits the Calexico Sales Tax Revenues to repayment of the Series 2018A (Calexico) Bonds) and Authorizing and Directing Certain Actions with Respect Thereto.

17. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding with Pioneers Memorial Hospital Sexual Assault Response Team (S.A.R.T.) for July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2020.

18. Introduce and Waive First Reading of an Ordinance Approving Zoning Text Amendment - Ordinance Pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Unit Regulations Section 17.03.165 (Removing (B.4) Owner Required to Live on Same Property) & Ordinance Amending Section 17.01.900 Definitions, & Chapter 17.03 Residential Zones.

19. Discuss and Review Proposed Emergency Medical Services (EMS) User Fee Schedule per the EMS Rate Study dated April 2018 and Set a Public Hearing Date of June 20, 2018.
