2. Uniform Application No. 2016-07, Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment & Zone Change
(Mega Park II)
1.) The requested zoning ordinance text amendment proposes to establish two new Industrial Zone designations pursuant to Section 17.01.140 - Establishment of Zones and Chapter 17.07 (Industrial Zones) of the CalexicoMunicipalCode, LightIndustrialandBP,BusinessParkwithcorrespondingdevelopmentstandards;
2). Modify certain text under Chapter 16.24, Final Map, Section 16.24.010 - Time limits for filing and recording;
3). Modify certain text under Article V - Conditional Use Permit Regulations, Section 17.01.545 - Lapse of Conditional Use Permit;
4) Modify certain text under Development Review Procedure Section 17.01.795 - Expiration and Extensions; and Zone Change to change existing zoning from I, General Industrial land in Calexico Mega Park II to new designations ofIL and BP.
The project is exempt from formal environmental review pursuant to Sections 15061 (B)(3),
