PUBLIC HEARING
3 Tentative Parcel Map UA2017-23
The applicant has submitted two (2) Tentative Parcel Maps to legally
subdivide eachexisting parcel of land into two separate parcels for a total of four(4) on approximately 18.0acres located along Weakly
Road between Portico Blvd. on the East and the extension of Estrada Blvd. on the West.
Proposed Parcel A is approximately
5.27 acres, Proposed Parcel B is approximately 4.20 acres, Proposed Parcel C is approximately 4.84 acres
and Proposed Parcel D is approximately 4.13 acres in size. The proposed subdivision would not change any of the
existing impacts and the project proponent is planning to upgrade each newly created parcel in order to attract new or future tenants.
