16. Adopt a Resolution of the City of Calexico Approving a Pledge Agreement (between the City of Calexico and the Imperial County Local Transportation Authority which commits the Calexico Sales Tax Revenues to repayment of the Series 2018A (Calexico) Bonds) and Authorizing and Directing Certain Actions with Respect Thereto.

17. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding with Pioneers Memorial Hospital Sexual Assault Response Team (S.A.R.T.) for July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2020.

18. Introduce and Waive First Reading of an Ordinance Approving Zoning Text Amendment - Ordinance Pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Unit Regulations Section 17.03.165 (Removing (B.4) Owner Required to Live on Same Property) & Ordinance Amending Section 17.01.900 Definitions, & Chapter 17.03 Residential Zones.
