6. Adopt ordinance by title only, waive full reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 2.02 “City Manager” of the Calexico Municipal Code.
7. Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution for Streets Department.
8. Adopt Resolution supporting Imperial Valley University Partnership between San Diego State University and Imperial Valley College.
9. Rescheduling City Council meetings for the month of January, 2012.

10. Public hearing to assess a Business Improvement District Fee and adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico assessing the levy of the downtown parking and Business Improvement District for Calendar Year 2012.
BUSINESS ITEMS
11. Appointment of two Council members as representatives for New Port of Entry meetings.
12. Removal of Arts Commissioner Fernando Martinez by Councilman Moreno.
13. Proposed Ordinance Banning Medical Marijuana Distribution Facilities.
14. Consider adopting an Ordinance changing the date of the City of Calexico General Municipal Election, and a Resolution requesting the Board of Supervisors to the County of Imperial to render specified services to the city related to the conduct of a General Municipal Election, and requesting consolidation of such election with the Statewide Election and County Election to be held on November 6, 2012.
15. Consider adopting a Resolution calling and giving notice of the holding of a Special Municipal Election to be held on June 5, 2012, for the purpose of submission of a Ballot Measure to the voters related to changing the status of the City Clerk and City Treasurer from elected to appointed.
16. Acknowledge receipt of report on downtown landscaping/cleaning service.
