5. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 1228 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Calexico, Adding Chapter 13 to the Calexico Municipal Code in Regards to Adopting a Military Equipment Use Policy for the Calexico Police Department.
