ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION.

A “Closed” Session of the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/ Calexico Financing Authority may be held in accordance with state law which may include, but is not limited to, the following types of items: personnel matters, labor negotiations, security matters, providing instructions to real property negotiators and conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation. The Closed Session will be held in the City Hall Conference Room located at 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico, California. Any public comment on Closed Session items will be taken before the Closed Session. PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

1. Conduct a Public Hearing to Solicit Citizen Input Regarding CDBG-CV2 and CV-3 Coronavirus Response Allocation Grant Round 2 & 3 and Adopt the Following Actions:

     a) Adopt Resolution Approving an Amendment to the Standard Agreement for the 2020 Community Development Block Grant Program Coronavirus Response Round 2 & 3 in the Amount of

         $782,718.00; and,

     b) Authorize the City Manager or Designee(s) to Sign Standard Agreement, any Amendments Thereto, and all Other Documents Required by HCD and HUD for Participation in the CDBG-CV2 & CV3 –

         Coronavirus Response Allocation Grant Round 2 & 3.

 

DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS

 

2. Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution for Reallocation of Resources from ARPA for Payment of Past Due Fire Department Invoices from Fiscal Year 2021-2022 & 2022 & 2023.
