3. Acknowledge Receipt of Warrant Register of Claims paid for month November 2012.

4. Acknowledge Receipt of Warrant Register of Claims paid for month December 2012.


5. Approval of Resolution to submit application for funding to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development, Division of Financial Assistance, Federal Emergency Solutions Grant.


6. Acknowledge receipt of minutes for Business Improvement District for November 14, 2012, November 19, 2012 and December 12, 2012.


7. Discussion and/or Action to consider approving Measure H funding in the amount of $ 19,950 for Public Safety Feasibility Study of main Fire and Police facilities, as per Measure H Committee recommendation.
